This says it all!

Huge hugs to kiwifruit Shiree for sending this to me

Oh boy, do I relate to it !!!!!!

more coffe please

Forgetter Be Forgotten?
My forgetter's getting better,
But my rememberer is broke
To you that may seem funny
But, to me, that is no joke
For when I'm 'here' I'm wondering
If I really should be 'there'
And, when I try to think it through,
I haven't got a prayer!
Oft times I walk into a room,
Say 'what am I here for?'
I wrack my brain, but all in vain!
A zero, is my score.
At times I put something away
Where it is safe, but, Gee!
The person it is safest from
Is, generally, me!
When shopping I may see someone,
Say 'Hi' and have a chat,
Then, when the person walks away
I ask myself, 'who the hell was that?
Yes, my forgetter's getting better
While my rememberer is broke,
And it's driving me plumb crazy
And that isn't any joke.
CAN YOU RELATE???

thanks
Please send this to everyone you know
Because
I DON'T REMEMBER
WHO I SENT THIS TO!

  2. Thanks for visiting my blog, & leaving me a comment. I am an expat Kiwi, so have delighted in reading your posts.
Just this morning Gom went to pour soda water onto his porridge, so you are not alone! Prior to that he had cooked his porridge in the microwave, with a paper towel on top... there was b*gger all porridge left in the dish to eat- it all seemed to be on the paper towel!

  3. Totally relate to this poem!!! I get plenty of exercise these days, I go up and down stairs several times before I finally manage to remember what I went up for in the first place. If I tidy up it takes days to find anything, especially something I really really need now!
