Please read

CircleOfFriends7WBeing part of this blogging family has helped me get through the last six months or so.  I am fortunate to be a member of the largest quilting guild ever, as one of my blogging buddies said lately and in the sisterhood that  this creates I have shared my life and yours, gained support and supported, 'oohed' and 'aahed' at wonderful creations and in short been a member of an enormous circle of friends.

This circle helped me through a very quiet and lonesome Christmas, blew out birthday candles and soothed a fractured confidence.  Some of these friends I have the privilege of knowing face to face, others via e-mails and then there are some who I hear from just once in a while.  Each and everyone has been a life line during some very low and lonely times.  Regardless of the time and day I have been able to log on and interact within this circle and for that I just want to say a huge thank-you especially to the  three wonderfully supportive ladies (you know who you are), from our 'mini' group.

With just two more sleeps before Mr BHQ come home and Miss Faiths 2nd birthday tomorrow I know this will be the last period of time I will have to express my gratitude to each and every one of you for being there without the interruption of normal familyimagesCANQCZEM life.  If you too feel that we all belong to a huge circle of friends why not copy this button and post it in your side bar, let's see how many we can get out there, you have all earnt the recognition.

I may (or may not *wink*) be missing in action for a few days as I get used to being part of a twosome again and learning another routine.  Keep on keeping on, I look forward to catching up on all I miss and hope to have lots of news to share in the near future.

  1. Hi Miche'le,
This is the first chance I've had in a few days to get back to reading my favorite blogs and yours was the first this morning. I have tears in my eyes reading through this post. Such wonderful words about what blogging friends have meant to you. We all have different experiences and different people we've met around the world, but the common denominator is "friends". I say it all the time how amazing it is to have such a strong connection with someone...that you've never met...through the computer! I would be so happy to show off this new button and be a part of this unbelievable thing we call blogging.
I wish you all the best these next few days with the changes ahead. You know there is always someone out there to stand by your side through it all.
    Hugs,
    ~Karen~

  2. I'm sure you will do just fine getting back into another routine. Your words here today are very nice and we quilting bloggers do seem to connect nicely and help each other out a lot...probably more times than we'll ever know!

It has been a pleasure to get to know you, and hope that knowing me has been a help in this small portion of your journey, with all of it's Hi's and Lows.

  4. Wow, that is so heart warming and I am sure that everyone is so grateful at being part of that circle. I know it was the greatest day when Deb and I decided to drive over you see you face to face. It is something we hope to do again real soon (after the snow melts). Enjoy these next 2 days. And I am assuming that you will need a BIG Nana nap on Tuesday.
    Best wishes and Hugs

So I hope all of that doesn't mean you're going to get slack now with all this blogging and emailing etc and really become just like one of us....... nah, its been great fun, long may it continue my dear.
    big hugs
