Finishing with the Energiser Bunny

I’m not one for making New Year resolutions and it’s probably because they always involve dieting and fitness and although I start with great intentions it’s not long before I flag the whole thing.  I’ve decided that I need to be just happy being me. However, a sneaky thought appeared in my head that maybe, just maybe I should concentrate on finishing what I’ve started, not buying anymore fabric and working my way through my little ole 002stash.  So, with that in mind there were four little finished projects today.
I don’t know about all of you but my interests float through all forms of stitching. At the moment stitcheries seem to be keeping me occupied.  Two of these little pillows are gifts while the hearts are Christmas decs all ready to be on display next year, and maybe my 12 Days of Christmas quilt will also be finished.
Yesterdays visit by Deb, Darlene and Sam had my heading spinning with ideas.  Every now and then I think we need to have these get togethers to charge our creative 07-wd0809-energizer-bunny batteries, at the moment I’m so charged I’m like the Energiser bunny .  On that note I’ll hop off and find something else that is unfinished – shouldn’t be too hard!   My apologies for the pathetic attempt at humour.
New Year hugs to you all
